One of the hardest steps to start using a new digital product is to understand the usability and first tasks of the system, it's not different to a hard, complex product like ContaAzul. The biggest challenge for the onboarding team was to decrease the number of calls and create efficient channels to get in contact with clients. For this mission our team started to develop a new page of learning, help and instruction to prevent excessive calls on first steps using ContaAzul.
